We are seeking an international focused, Talent Manager with some experience who is ready to take his/hers next career step. In this role, you will design, implement, and continuously improve our internal talent architecture. You will ensure that careers, performance, and development processes are transparent, scalable, and aligned with business growth across multiple European locations.
You will play a key role in shaping our internal people experience while leveraging our HR system, SAP SuccessFactors, as a strategic enabler.
Key responsibilities:
1. Career Architecture & Job Framework
- Develop and maintain a transparent internal career framework across consulting and enabling functions.
- Design and evolve job architecture, role clarity, and leveling structures.
- Ensure alignment between job families, competencies, and growth paths.
- Embed career paths within SuccessFactors.
2. Learning & Development
- Define and drive the internal L&D strategy.
- Build structured development journeys for consultants and people managers.
- Introduce scalable learning formats (workshops, peer learning, digital learning paths).
- Partner with leadership to identify future capability needs.
3. Performance Management & Review Cycle
- Own and continuously improve the performance management framework.
- Orchestrate the annual performance and compensation review cycle.
- Ensure clarity, fairness, and consistency across regions.
- Enable managers through guidance, toolkits, and training.
- Optimize processes within SuccessFactors.
4. People Manager Community
- Establish and moderate a strong People Managers Community.
- Design and facilitate manager workshops (feedback, coaching, performance calibration, leadership skills).
- Act as trusted sparring partner for managers across Europe.
5. Workshops & Enablement
- Design and facilitate internal workshops (career framework, development planning, feedback culture).
- Facilitate personal assessments.
- Foster a culture of continuous development and accountability.
Your Profile:
- Minimun 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR Consulting.
- Strong understanding of career models, job architecture, and performance frameworks.
- Experience working with HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven ability to manage yearly review cycles and performance calibration processes.
- Skilled facilitator with experience designing and leading workshops.
- Experience working in international, remote environments.
- Structured, strategic thinker with hands-on implementation mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel.
