We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) to support our Finance & Accounting team in the day-to-day management of our financial processes and contribute to the continuous development and digitalisation of our finance operations. This role is ideal for a finance professional with experience in accounting who enjoys working in a structured, technology-driven environment and is eager to contribute to the further development of our processes. 

Key responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of accounting records and transactions in DATEV Unternehmen Online.
• Review and process employee travel expenses.
• Support the Finance & Accounting team in day-to-day activities.
• Support the digitalization and continuous improvement of our finance processes.
• Act as a point of contact for management and other departments on accounting-related matters, including in English. 

Your profile:

• Initial professional experience in preparatory accounting is an advantage.
• Completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax clerk, accountant, or comparable qualification.
• Confident working with DATEV Unternehmen Online.
• Strong affinity for IT and an interest in helping shape and further develop digital processes.
• Good level of German and English (written and spoken) in an international enviroment.
• Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Careful, structured, and independent way of working.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential and financially sensitive data.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.

Working Hours & Work Model: The 20 hours per week can be arranged flexibly. Ideally, you will work from our Munich office two days per week.
