The application process starts either with your application through our website or with us reaching out to you directly. Next, you’ll have a short phone or video call with one of our recruiters to get to know each other. After that, two interviews follow, usually with the hiring manager and, depending on the role, future teammates or other managers to explore both the technical and cultural fit. If everything aligns, you’ll receive an offer, which we’ll walk you through in detail. Before your first day, we’ll support you with pre-boarding, and your personalized onboarding usually kicks off at our headquarters in Munich. We can’t wait to meet you!
